Call for Submissions for Biomedical Innovation Challenge
BME IIF 2026

The Biomedical Innovation Fair 2026 (BME IIF 2026) is the inaugural international competition dedicated to showcasing outstanding innovations in biomedical engineering. The event provides a global platform for high school students, university students, and professionals to present creative ideas, novel technologies, and impactful solutions that address emerging healthcare challenges. As an innovation-driven competition, BME IIF 2026 aims to foster excellence, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and accelerate the development of biomedical technologies that will shape the future of healthcare.
BME IIF 2026 is organized by the Thai Biomedical Engineering Association (ThaiBME) in collaboration with the Fukuoka Institute of Technology (FIT). This event will be held in October 2026 at the Fukuoka Institute of Technology in Fukuoka, Japan, a distinguished institution recognized for its commitment to scientific advancement and technological innovation. Fukuoka, a vibrant and culturally rich city, offers an ideal environment for creativity, research exchange, and global collaboration. The organizing committee warmly invites researchers, engineers, physicians, scientists, technicians, technologists, and aspiring young innovators to attend, participate, and contribute to advancing the field of biomedical engineering. We welcome the submission of original works and look forward to celebrating creativity, competition, and collaboration on the international stage.

Submission of Innovations
Participants are invited to submit a PDF slide deck (10–15 pages) for the Biomedical Engineering International Innovation Fair 2026 (BME IIF 2026). Submissions should include:
• Problem significance
• Innovation concept and creativity
• Development process and operational details
• Target users and expected benefits
• Business potential
• Intellectual property information (if any)
